Finance Administrator - £20K - Burgess Hill£20K plus bonus20 days holiday plus bank holidayMon- Fri 9am till 6pmI am working with an award winning Logistics Company who is wanting an effective Finance Administrator to join their team in Burgess Hill. This role will be working closely with the company's customers and suppliers to ensure invoices are correctly processed and any queries are resolved in a professional and timely manner.You will be a great communicator and able to deal with sometimes difficult situations through to a positive outcome. A good technical knowledge of reconciliation and use of Microsoft packages is a must. In return, you will be working for a successful business that invests in its staff to provide promotion opportunities and always looks to promote from within.Finance Administrator Duties:Import daily shipping dataComparing supplier invoices and internally calculated accruals to ensure the correct amount has been chargedInvestigating any variances and correcting as neededRaising supplementary invoicesManaging customer invoice queries to ensure resolution or escalation where neededUploading issues onto a central database to track issues caused by invoices and use this information to make improvements and prevent future problemsIf your experience matches please forward your CV immediatelyWhite Recruitment Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy View full job description
