As Finance Operations Manager main duties will include: Responsibility for Payroll and Invoicing department including providing comprehensive daily and weekly compliance reports and KPI reports within the Payroll team Ensuring that all AWR checks are performed accordingly Conducting regular checks and controls including quartely audits and Payroll performance checks Responsibility for spearheading technical and operational change within the division including client care and ensuring their full compliance Assisting with technological development including the implementation of Access Dimensions from Talisman Data migration of group contractors from Talisman Driving reporting within the Payroll and invoicing teams Ensuring that all invoices are issued correctly following the integration of Lumesse (from outsourced and master vendor business) and Talisman Performing Ad Hoc projects THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE A PREVIOUS RECRUITMENT BACKGROUND as it is essential that you understand recruitment compliance, contractor timesheet systems as well as invoice and payroll processes within this business...View full job description
