The Role of the Finance Assistant (Fixed Term Contract 4.5 Months): Responsible for producing funding reports on a monthly basis and invoicing the client based on this report with relevant back up and in a timely and accurate manner Prepare monthly variance report for the client Provide support to FM team in the preparation of the rolling forecasts Complete monthly reconciliation of costs between Johnson Controls Finance system and client, inc. analysis of all costs by transaction to make sure all allocated costs are relevant to the business Process and review the approval flow for fixed, variable and project purchase orders in Johnson Controls Finance System Receipt subcontractor's invoices after receiving approval from Johnson Controls facilities team Provide Accounts Payable team for client, invoices with relevant back up to enable them to receipt the invoices on the client's system Deal with all Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable queries Process purchase orders in Clients Finance system, if and when required Ensure suppliers have been paid in accordance with terms of business Explain unmatched invoices on Maximo and Tigers and take appropriate action to resolve Request the new locations (sites) to be created in Maximo and correctly mapped to DWH - liaising with the EMEA team to complete account mapping enquiries Preparation of a monthly Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable report Create an end to end process for projects by liaising with the project manager and reconciliation of the accounts in both Johnson Controls and client system Assist the finance manager in documenting the accounts financial processes Provide accounting and analytical financial support to regional finance manager by working as a financial partner; analyzing ways to improve the profitability of their operations...View full job description
