EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: The essential experience required for this role is as follows: - A Degree or equivalent qualification - At least 5 - 10 years post-graduate experience, at least half of which should have been in Facilities Management - Experience in bidding for Facilities Management contracts - Experience of developing and maintaining financial models in Excel, including having built models from scratch as opposed to solely model audit - Good understanding of Hard FM within a TFM context - Experience of working in PRINCE2 based project environments.
Desirable, though not essential, are any of the following: - Operational experience - Multi-sector experience - Working understanding of MoD Spec 005 (Schedules A-C) - Wider industry experience, for example HVCA SFG20 - Soft FM experience - Experience of FM influence in building design...View full job description
