Employer: ClubfinanceDescription: The job involves working within a dynamic office environment, including the following. • General office tasks and administration • Processing applications • Submitting applications online • Chasing outstanding requirements for clients’ applications • Writing letters, faxes and emails • Dealing with incoming calls, emails, post and pipeline follow up • Responding to customer enquiries • Communicating with product providers • Marketing support • Supporting other members of the teamApprenticeship framework: Business and Administration (CFA)Apprenticeship type: Intermediate Level ApprenticeshipSkills required: - Comfortable using Microsoft packages - Numerate, with a good standard of written and spoken English - Confident when speaking to different people - Able to build and maintain good relationships with the whole team - An interest in investments - Good telephone manner - Able to prioritise workloadQualification required: Must have 5 GCSEs grade A-C, including Maths and English GCSEs at Grade B or above (or equivalent)Working week: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm 37.5hrsTraining to be provided: Full on-the-job training and support will be provided to enable the successful applicant to undertake the full range of duties required of the role. In addition, training will also be provided towards the Apprenticeship in Business Administration Level 2 through in house delivery. The Business Administration Level 2 consists of the following: - Level 2 NVQ in Business Administration - Technical Certificate - Employment Rights and Responsibilities (ERR) - Functional Skills in Literacy and NumeracyOther important information: The current National Minimum Wage (NMW) rate for apprentices is £2.73 per hour (from the 1st October 2015 the NMW for apprentices will be £3.30). This applies to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged over 19 in the first year of their Apprenticeship. For all other apprentices the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies. The Minimum Wage for Apprentices applies to time spent on the job plus time spent training.Future prospects: Your starting salary is £665 per month, rising to £750 per month after successful completion of a six-month probationary period. We hope the successful candidate will have the ability to progress to either the Level 2 or Level 3 Apprenticeship in Providing Financial Services. The salary rises to £900 per month in the second year (or the applicable National Minimum Wage if higher).
