You will have experience within Fleet Management, used to working within a fast paced and challenging environment, key duties will include: • Weekly processing of tacho records across a multitude of sites • Uploading and processing monthly reports in-conjunction with drivers hours and working time reports • Liaising with Operations Manager and surrounding team • Coordinating all maintenance required, including administration and overall communication • Processing monthly internal charges, sourcing alternative vehicles if required • Dealing with fuel cards, general health and safety • Will be required from time to time for the collection and delivery of vehicles across several sites • Full driving license essential • C1 entitlement would be desirable but not essential You will be able to work on your own initiative, have a flexible and proactive manner, able to remain versatile at all times...View full job description
