Do you want to be a part of a great company?When it comes to customer service, creating a truly welcoming environment and combining this with superb facilities for our guests whether travelling on business or leisure, Arora Hotels really do stand out from the crowd.As a Food and Beverage Team Leader you will be working closely with the Food and Beverage Supervisor and assist in the smooth running of the Food and Beverage operation (including the Restaurant and Bar, and Room Service), ensuring high standards of service are delivered at all times.Duties and Responsibilities of the Food &Beverage Team Leader- Taking charge and being responsible for the smooth operationof the shift.- Ensuring communication flows and reaches all the members of the team.- Ensuring correct staffing levels at all times.- Ensure confirmation of all bookings and positive guest communications with emphasis on driving repeat guests- Taking ownership to correct sub-performers through progressive communications whilst creating a healthy and energetic working environment- Assisting the Food and Beverage Supervisor as required.Skills &Experience required by the Food &Beverage Team Leader- Previous experience in a Supervisory capacity in a similar style of operation- Good knowledge of food, fine wine and cast ales; good English Language communication skills (verbal, written, and listening) with effective problem-solving and decision-making skills- Have the ability to speak to people on different levels and lead by example- Have the ability to manage and organize the Food and Beverage team- Have an excellent eye for detail- Be flexible and adaptable to change at short notice- Be highly organized with an efficient approach.
