Fraud AdviserGlasgowPart Time £17,352 - £18,315 PRO RATA plus the following increases: 20% (Mon-Fri) 30% (Sat-Sun) for hours between 8pm & 10pm, 30% (Mon-Fri) 50% (Sat-Sun) for hours between 10pm & Midnight, 10% (Sun) for hours between 4pm and 8pm. Part-Time Mixed - 20 hours per week. Shifts between Mon-Sun. 16:00-00:00 (Mon-Fri) & 08:00-19:00 (Sat & Sun) Minimum 3, maximum 5 days per week. 4 – 10 hour shifts. As a Fraud Advisor, you’ll have a key role to play.  Working closely with dedicated colleagues, you’ll provide an exceptional service to customers concerned about potential fraud. Listening carefully to their concerns and being sure to show your understanding, you’ll answer their questions, explain facts in simple terms and - crucially - offer solutions. Along the way, you will do all you can to make the process as stress-free as possible.  As a Customer Fraud Advisor, you’ll be authorised to monitor payments. If unusual spending patterns are identified, you will be empowered to take action to ensure that our customers are protected by potting fraudulent activity. This role calls for excellent listening and analytical skills as well as identifying patterns. You’ll need the confidence to ask difficult questions, but you’ll always be friendly, helpful and clearly focused on what’s right for our customers. Thanks to our six week training programme, you’ll develop all the skills and knowledge you need.
