Role and responsibilities; - To assign claims suspected of insurance fraud and other irregularities with minimal direction, to customer service Level Champion and Audit Team members - To assign and ivestigate single loss of property, material damage, investigations as directed by the head of commercial support - To maintain an assigned claims files in a confidential manner; documents all relevant facts pertaining to files in the appropriate claims handling systems SAMS - To independently conclude investigation in adherence with the SAMS Audit Team - To ensure that assigned cases are allocated and reported back to the requesting party in adherence to special investigation best practices - To provide support to the Commercial Audit, Customer Service Level Champion and Insurance Claims Partners, which may include, claims consultation, and investigate changes/ impacts, leading to increased awareness of suspicious claims -Analysis of facts, data and documents and to communicate findings - Attending regular meetings - To prepare for and assist National Account Customer Audits This role will be temporary through Interaction for a 12 week period and will then go permanent once completion of probabtion...View full job description
