The ideal candidate should have:Experience of leading or playing a key role in a variety of challenging corporate transactions in the FIG sectorExperience of working as part of a team including specialists in other areas (e.g. employment, tax) and liaising with clients and their other internal and external legal advisersAn appetite for business development, client relationship management and thought leadershipAn outstanding academic history and proven first rate legal skills, combined with a strong reputation amongst existing clients for providing commercial solutions, excellent transactional and managements skills, and be recognised as a lawyer that is sought out by existing clients  You will enjoy working in a busy and demanding team environment, supervising others and liaising with other departments in the firmCorporate transactional experience in the Financial institutions sector is desirableIndustry and/or regulatory experience would be desirable but is not essential View full job description
