RESPONSIBILITIES a) Lead, manage and develop management staff including Unit Managers, Support Services, Therapy and Day Opportunities. b) Ensure all regulatory requirements are met in each unit and effective monitoring processes are in place for regulatory compliance. c) Effectively manage complaints by liaising with residents, families, staff, funders and ensuring satisfactory resolution to all complaints. d) Ensure that person centred care is embedded in all services and that clear systems are in place to monitor outcomes for service users. e) Manage the financial profitability of the units within the area and support the production of budgets and business plans for financial and operational performance including occupancy, fees, costs and staffing. f) Manage the business planning process for the area producing regular high quality performance reports for the Operations and Development Director on progress and overall operational performance, and management of delegated budgets. g) Ensuring implementation and monitoring of quality control measures, auditing procedures and promotion of clinical excellence. h) Ensure that the physical environment in units is well maintained, fit for purpose and compliant with all legislative requirements. i) Ensure company`s policies and procedures, including Health and Safety are adhered to. j) Undertake any other duties as and when requested by management...View full job description
