The Role:Ultimately responsible for all activities at the repair centre through the effective control of line managers and supervisory colleagues, paying particular attention to profits in line with the business plan.Engage with key members of the team to agree output targets and provide feedback on the previous day’s performance.Engaging all team members for managerial, supervisory and customer facing positions. Reviewing the performance and objectives of staff and developing a training plan.Personally monitoring customer complaints and ensuring that they are resolved quickly and fairly.Ensuring that all Housekeeping and Health and Safety regulations/policies are adhered to by all members of the team.Preparing accurate data and statistics in line with weekly and monthly reporting requirements and contributing to regional meetings helping identify and promote new business opportunities.
