Boutique vibrant Chartered Accountants in Holborn, London looking for an experienced and organised general manager to assist partners in running the practice. Duties will include managing the back office, filing, banking, purchase management and ordering. You will be a self starter with experience in managing teams, reviewing key matters such as health and safety, maintaining staff rotas, stationary. You will also assist with office functions such as couriers, post, petty cash management, negotiating with suppliers. You should be able to communicate well, work with colleagues, and have strong interpersonal skills. You will know how to work to deadlines. IT skills such as website and digital marketing platforms, document management would be desirable. An ability to speak an Indian language would also be desirable. This is a full time position requiring immediate availability.
