HRGO are currently looking for Bilingual (German and English) Social Media Support Specialist to join the social media team for an automotive company based in Luton. You will be responsible for monitoring and responding to comments and feedback through social media channels. While the primary focus is on social media, this role also supports customers through, email, voice, chat and community forums.REQUIREMENTSNative German and English languageExperience using popular social media platforms, especially Facebook & TwitterCreative writing skills - ability to repeat the same message, written in different ways and tailor to customer technical expertise level.Ability to work effectively in a fast-pace, dynamic and changing environmentExcellent negotiation skills and ability to deal confidently with escalations /complaintsAbility to look beyond obvious solutions and experiment with different approaches.At least 6 months experience in a customer service environmentHOURS: Monday to Friday (40 hour week) BENEFITS Bright, modern, exciting place to work with excellent staff facilities.4 week on site training programme to develop all skills and knowledgeEmployee discounts scheme.Pension scheme.Excellent relocation package.Professional development opportunities.
