The Role: The successful candidate will be responsible but not limited to the following: Facilitation, administration and coordination of all worldwide international personnel transfers (in/outbounds) within area of responsibility (countries/region) Ensure overall compliance with international tax, social security and immigration laws and regulations for transfers within area of responsibility Counsel and support of Expatriates (tariff and non tariff) and accompanying family member/s throughout all assignment-related questions before, during and upon termination of assignment Preparation of assignment related documents, income & tax calculations, and assignment cost estimations for international requisitions Arrangements for immigration & work permits and other foreign country specific requirements and documents Monitoring of net salary calculations regarding exchange rate fluctuation and Cost of living development on a regular base...View full job description
