The manager is responsible for devising the overall entry level recruitment strategy including developing creative attraction strategies to engage the brightest and best talent and delivering an innovative candidate experience through efficient and effective recruitment processes. The role involves leading a team of circa 20 recruiters in the UK.  What responsibilities will you have?  Strategic: ·         Define strategy to ensure timely delivery against all key targets ensuring work is in line with Accenture’s overall business strategy, policies and marketing messages. This includes annual recruitment cycles and responding to real time demand.·         Communicate recruitment strategy to the business & HR leads and provide thought leadership·         Work with Talent Supply Chain team to manage demand and supply for each FY·         Organise the recruitment team structure with the right headcount and skills mix to meet demand and revise the structure to reflect any changes in demand or team moves·         Partner with marketing team to define campus, schools and real time recruitment campaigns and shape marketing collateral·         Define strategy and manage relationships with external organizations e.g. Teach First, CAPP, Headstart·         Drive the diversity, STEM and social mobility stratgeies·         Lead strategic projects/initiatives impacting the recruitment and HR organization·         Drive innovations to ensure Entry Level recruitment are ‘Leading in the New’·         Promote Accenture’s brand in the marketplace through press interviews, conferences, board positions  Team Management: ·         Manage team of circa 20 recruiters including retained resources and contractors·         Work with team leads to set clear objectives for direct reports along with regular feedback·         Motivate, supervise and develop the team·         Work with team leads to manage workload of team, ensuring appropriate delegation and coaching·         Identify training/ knowledge gaps within the team and roll-out appropriate training and coaching programmes·         Act as an issue escalation point for the team leads·         Source and interview for permanent and contractor vacancies  Sourcing ·         Design and deliver market relevant, innovative sourcing and attraction  strategies across 27 UK Universities·         Oversee sourcing activity ensuring we generate the right number and quality of applications to meet business demand for all areas entry level talent·         Work with Sourcing lead to evaluate and review all sourcing activity and associated return on investment·         Drive innovations to continue to differentiate Accenture as an employer of choice·         Act as point of escalation for all internship issues e.g. performance related concerns  Candidate Management: ·         Oversee end to end recruitment process to ensure business demand is met·         Ensure appropriate resource secured from within the business to support selection process·         Work with candidate management lead to monitor and evaluate selection process to ensure it is delivering high potential hires to Accenture whilst offering a differentiated positive experience to our applicants·         Drive innovations to continue to differentiate Accenture as an employer of choice·         Identify cost reduction opportunities and opportunities to further streamline recruitment processes·         Ensure department, processes and policies are in-line with employment law changes and updates·         Manage relevant candidate query escalations  Budget Management: ·         Manage large recruitment budget of approx. £1.5 million·         Monitor and analyse monthly forecast vs. spend·         Closely manage all entry level recruitment costs, ROI and drive down cost per position Business and HR Interface: ·         Develop and manage relationships with HR leads and business stakeholders to understand business objectives·         Ensure that business and HR are updated on the status of the overall recruitment pipeline and metrics, initiatives underway and challenges/ risks·         Collaborate with recruitment leads for the other workforces and the Experienced Hire Consulting Lead and Marketing to develop appropriate recruiting activities and processes and ensure consistency/ standardization in recruitment practices·         Liaise with legal and RMS to understand changes in legislation and how this impacts recruitment·         Work closely with Global Recruiting to share best practice and adhere to global guidelines and policy·         Take a lead role in promoting recruiting activities across the practice, recruiting & HR community Screening, scheduling and onboarding ·         Oversee offshore (India) delivery of candidate onboarding·         and near-shore (Ireland) delivery of screening and scheduling processes·         Act as an escalation point / issue resolution across back office teams·         Monitor and drive improvement in performance ensuring SLA’s are met Qualifications What skills & experience are we looking for?  ·         Deep
