We are looking for a Guest Service Manager to join our team in our busy hotel. This exciting opportunity to join our welcoming team is available for an immediate start following a successful application process. We are looking for someone who has experience in a supervisor or manager role.  The role of a Guest Service Manager is varied including customer service, bar service, reception and kitchen duties. This is a very hands on role and we are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic team member but most importantly we are looking for someone with a passion to put guest satisfaction at the heart of our business. Experience is not essential, however a personality is! Hours of work will be 40 hours per week. 5 shifts out of 7. Shifts will be a mix of early and late shifts with the occassional night shift too. The shifts are 7am-3pm, 3-11pm and nights are 11pm-7am. Please bear in mind your transport for these shifts.
