We believe everyone has a contribution to make, regardless of visible and invisible differences.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORYou’ll be  JoB Purpose To provide specialist and dedicated HR support to the Oxfam GB business change process Core DetailsLocation:Oxford (Oxfam House,)with some opportunity to work flexiblyOur package:Grade:Circa £35,000per annum (pro rata to the contract length)CContract type:Fixed term - 6 months Hours of work:This is a full-time role, (36 hours per week) however Oxfam offers various flexible arrangements which candidates can discuss with the Recruiting Manager at interview stageThis role reports to:Claire West - HRBPStaff reporting to this post:NoneAnnual budget for the post:N/AKey Responsibilities Providing advice and support to the Change Manager on appropriate steps and HR procedures to followEnsure that Oxfam GBs Employee Consultation and Redundancy procedures are followed throughout the process (whilst taking into consideration any local labour law)Work alongside the Business Change Managers to ensure project plans and dependencies are up to dateReviewing all Consultation Documents and advising the Change Manager on any revisions requiredLiaising with Unions, and working with the Change Management GroupProviding support to the Change Manager in reviewing and writing job profilesConducting assessments to understand opportunities for role mapping or job slottingAssisting with impact assessments and holding impact meetings with affected staffProviding support for staff at risk of redundancyDrafting formal letters and other correspondence e.g. invite to formal consultation, job status, appeals and redundancyskills, experience and knowledge Essential: The ability to influence others, including senior managers and International staff in arapidly changing environmentSignificant experience of change management including all aspects of changeAbility to maintain individual and organisational confidentiality at all timesAbility to take charge and provide clear directionAbility to motivate and support others during a time of change Desirable: Knowledge and experience of using Oxfam Change Procedures At Oxfam, our job descriptions provide a guide to what might be expected in the role.
