Duties include: * Collation and presentation of data/information from internal/external sources to the HR management team * Keeping up to date with HR policies and procedures * Oversee and manage staffing levels/logs * Assisting with overall communication between hiring manager and the HR team * Contract, correspondence and general communication delivery between the HR department and all internal staff/relevant contacts * Some payroll functions * Assisting in new starter inductions * Arranging and conducting exit interviews * Taking notes at HR Meetings * Intranet and database management Skills: *Ideally a graduate level candidate with a full or part CIPD Qualifcation *Previous skills gained by providing administrative HR support in a complex / customer focussed organisation...View full job description
