THE UNIVERSITY OF ABERDEEN HUMAN RESOURCES SECTION HR PARTNER (REWARD & POLICY) REF NO: HRS051A This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in providing specialist support as the University develops a new Reward Strategy and to support its delivery on an ongoing basis.                                                                                                                                            As part of the HR Specialist Services Team, you will work in collaboration with key stakeholders, providing specialist reward advice to the project which will lead to the creation and implementation of reward and benefit policies and mechanisms across the University. The overall aim will be to create and maintain an overarching pay and benefits approach, aligned to the University’s Strategic Plan, to deliver our ambitious People Goals whilst delivering value for money.  This should enhance our ability to recruit and retain high calibre staff. You will take the lead on policy approaches for aligning performance with pay, job evaluation, market comparison exercises, benchmarking and equal pay audits.   You will advise senior staff from HR and the wider University on matters relating to pension provision, salary sacrifice schemes and a variety of existing and new staff benefits. You will also have direct involvement in the review, development and implementation of other HR related policies and procedures.  CIPD qualified, you will have an up to date expert knowledge of remuneration, benefits and rewards practices.
