Experience/Qualifications: -CIPD Qualified with approx 5 years experience in HR field with regular exposure to Compensation and Benefits -Excellent project management skills with proven experience of delivering results within changing parameters -Excellent influencing skills at a senior level -Managing stakeholder relationships -A thorough and practical understanding of employment legislation Key Accountabilities: -Provide management and guidance to a team of 6 -Develop, implement and monitor policy, compensation, benefits and reward issues and ensure a common approach across directorates -Working with the senior HR colleagues design and ensure delivery of major HR projects in line with organisation requirements -Liaise and work closely with the HR Business Partner teams on all issues that impact our HR Practices -Oversee the management of the HR Service Centre to ensure a high standard of customer focused service delivery -Oversee the day to day management of Occupational Health initiatives and "well being" activities This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for the right candidate...View full job description
