This will Include responsibility for driving revenue and profit growth through devising, agreeing and delivering the strategic plan for CRM and loyalty within Costa Retail.The role responsibilities include:To develop and deliver an effective overall CRM Strategy and to develop and deliver effective programme strategies for Coffee Club, Costa Gift Card, Mobile Payment &Social GiftingTo lead and manage existing CRM and Sales programmes along with leading a new CRM programme design and developmentManage performance reporting and communication for CRM programmes and for CRM activity generallySupport the Marketing Director in business planning processes and shaping of marketing strategy. Own the relationship between Costa and key CRM suppliersWork in partnership with loyalty providers, analytics partners, peers and Retail Marketing Manager to build and execute innovative targeted campaigns in line with overall marketing strategiesTo lead, develop and motivate the CRM &Loyalty Manager.Your skills &experience will include:Degree educated individual.Expert understanding of Customer Relationship Management, Customer Relationship Marketing &Customer Segmentation Methodologies.Understanding of CRM and loyalty programme metrics.Experience and knowledge of response driven consumer promotions along with extensive knowledge of loyalty products and programmes.Ability to interpret/present complex customer and financial data and tell a compelling story using the data.Can demonstrate thought leadership in CRM.Significant and proven direct marketing experience.Previous experience of developing loyalty programmes in the leisure, retail or financial services sector would be preferable.Ability to develop strong relationships and work with heads of departments.Benefits Include: 40% bonus scheme - based on company resultsCompany Car or Cash AllowanceContributory Pension SchemePrivate Bupa HealthcareWhitbread Discount Card - 25% discount at all Whitbread BrandsSharesave Scheme (SAYE)25 days holiday View full job description
