Head of Operations - FSA Financial Services / Wealth Management Leeds, West Yorkshire c 65,000 Plus Flexible Benefits Package Our client is a financial services and wealth management organisation.
Your other duties will include: - Reviewing the performance of contracts and units in order to identify improvements - Providing operational insight alongside strategic business plans to grow sales and client satisfaction - Implementing strategies in order to develop, train and motivate the workforce - Communicating your strategies to your team and ensuring improvements are implemented - Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders To be considered for this role, you must have: - Experience gained within an FSA financial service regulated or wealth management business - A proven track record as a manager - Business change management experience, working across functional teams - Clear evidence of managing team relations As the Head of Operations, you will have a flexible approach, be ambitious and goal orientated...View full job description
