A Helpdesk / Customer Experience Manager, ideally with experience in using CAFM systems, is sought to join this global Facilities Management company in Hatfield, Hertfordshire.This is an exciting opportunity to join a company established for over 25 years, and be part of a large international FM group.The Helpdesk / Customer Experience Manager will lead a Helpdesk team of 5 in meeting the challenging business and customer relationship expectations. You will be based in Hatfield, responsible for building relationships across an education campus with academics, students and management to improve student experience as well as supporting the Partnership Director.Title: Helpdesk / Customer Experience ManagerLocation: Hatfield, HertfordshireSalary: £35k per annumThe Helpdesk / Customer Experience Manager will be responsible for the following:-Managing, mentoring and developing FM Helpdesk staff-Developing, implementing and operating clear systems and procedures-Ensuring induction, one-team training is given to all staff-Engaging with academics and students so they are satisfied with the serviceThe ideal Helpdesk / Customer Experience Manager will possess the following skills and experience:-Experience in working with CAFM systems and procedures (ideally Concept)-People management skills-Excellent communication and organisational skills-The ability to adapt to different situations and the ability to evolve in the role-A hands-on "can do" attitude-Excellent IT skills, with good knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook-Experience of working in a University or educational environment would be advantageousThis is a great opportunity to join a growing company.
