To widen their business remit our client seeks a highly adept all round hospitality business builder with specialist knowledge and experience of corporate and social events.Candidate should have an entrepreneurial mind set and a natural flair for sales and marketing, and be able to relate to the business model in terms of widening its appeal and further potential. The job entails exploring new sales opportunities within existing customer flow and in prospecting the wider marketplace particularly cultural and corporate events potential.The post includes the following roles and requirements  Consolidating existing customer flow and business performance Enhancement and ongoing management of Social media platforms  Elicit client/customer satisfaction surveying Monitor and respond to online client/customer feedback  Devising and implementing sales and marketing strategiesSourcing and setting up strategic partnerships with selected venue providers where additional facilities are necessary  Engage with marketing mediums that reach out to British Asian communities Delivering sales pitches to corporate events decision makers Planning and management of event as per client requirement and to budget Maintain a safe and secure environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with health and legal regulations; overseeing security and wellbeing of operations Compile monthly activity and progress reports for managementTo qualify for selection you must have the following minimum requirements: -Eligibility to live and work in UKInnate sales, marketing and business prospecting abilitiesEvent planning and management experience in corporate and social eventsEducated to degree level, ideally in Hospitality and Event Management but not essential Awareness of partialities and protocols that pervade within South East Asian religion and cultureExtensive experience at required skill level to be verified by referencesIn addition you should also:-Have a background in Catering and Hospitality within Asian cuisine sector (though not mandatory)Have fluency in Hindi or Punjabi (though not essential) Be hands on, task orientated and resourcefulBe customer and business focusedBe performance, achievement and results drivenBe able to work well with management and other members of staffBe able to command respect of management and colleaguesDisplay leadership, and be motivational and inspirational to junior staffPossess a pleasing personality and positive attitudeHave knowledge of South Asian and International CuisineBe a hardworking, fastidious and conscientious individual with high standards of self presentation and orderlinessHave self confidence with good self imageBE FAST PACED AND BE ABLE TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE WHILST MAINTAINING AGILITY AND COMPOSURE So are you all of the above?
