Primary job roles are; Supporting the account management team servicing Managed Services & Private Cloud clients Providing a secondary point of contact for clients Attending monthly or quarterly account reviews Preparing monthly management reports including key performance indicators Liaising with clients to understand & document new requirements so that solutions can be proposed by the project delivery team Liaising with the support team to ensure issues are resolved promptly and efficiently Escalating issues to the management team if required The qualities we are looking for are; Good communication skills, both verbal and written Presentable, articulate with a demonstrable attention to detail Basic functional (not technical) understanding of Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Exchange Server, Remote Desktop Services, SharePoint, SQL Server Basic understanding of IT service delivery including call management, call classification, escalation and reporting Exposure to client / server business applications such as Microsoft Dynamics AX and / or Infor Sun Systems It’s important that candidates have had a customer facing role in the past...View full job description
