On a daily basis you would be: * Providing 1st line to 3rd line support and handling issues from basic to more advanced * Providing 2nd and 3rd line support in the office and at clients premises * Carrying out some project work on changing servers * Installing new systems from scratch with the Project Team * Logging support tickets * Helping clients on the phone with remote support The successful candidate must have a knowledge of installation and maintenance for: * Server 2003/2007, Active Directory, Exchange 2007/2010 * Server migration from Server 2003 to Server 2008 including Active Directory migration * SSL Certificate for Exchange / OWA and Outlook Anywhere through HTTP * Blackberry Enterprise or Express Server * Vmware ESXI, Google Apps, Postini and Office 365, Sonic Firewall, V-Lans Qualities: * An IT enthusiast * Strong team player * Self-starter * Attention to detail * Strong problem solving skills * Highly organised and motivated The role of IT Software Support Engineer offers a salary of circa 18K and 24K per annum according to level of experience...View full job description
