IT Support Engineer Network / Desktop / Server / Social Media To be considered for this role the IT Support Engineer will have at least 5 years commercial experience in a broad range of Windows environments, including; Windows Server 2000 - 2008R2 Windows Desktop XP/W7 Exceptional knowledge of MS Office Suite 2003 - 2010 A thorough understanding of DHCP, DNS and IP based networks is essential You will have demonstrable experience of Firewalls / Routers / Switches (ideally Cisco & HP) Firewalls / Web Filtering / Anti-Virus, ADSL / Leased Lines, RDP/TS Server, storage devices, back-up and disaster recovery & UPS procedures and Printers.
