Provision of timely and accurate reporting for investments held, including: Maintain the investment records in Wealth Manager and other systems Reconciliation of investment management systems and other records to the relevant general ledgers Timely and accurate valuation of investments in accordance with the relevant accounting policy Maintain custody records of the investment assets and liaise with custodians as necessary Facilitate the monitoring of investments held against the investment policy appropriate to the relevant investment portfolio Maintain investment income entitlements and ensure receipt Record investments in accordance with current accounting standards Provide support the external audit of investment assets Maintain financial control during day to day operations.
