All dishes are created from fresh food delivered daily and locally sourced wherever possible, everything is home-made in our establishment. Experience and versatility in all sections of the kitchen. Our menus change regularly with seasonal influences.This position could suit a chef de partie ready to move up the kitchen scale.The candidate must have experience of running all sections, be able to step up in the absence of the senior sous and head chef during holidays etc. Have competence in managing and rotating stock, maintain the highest of standards of food preparation, service, hygiene, presentation and work within strict margins.
