Sourcing, negotiating and liaising with suppliers on each event - including venue, audio-visual, translation services, documentation printing, signage, stage-set, and designers (local and overseas suppliers) -Must possess creativity and vision in designing floor plans/traffic flow at events -Design and organise innovative signage and branding -Budgetary control - ensuring event falls within budget, costs are controlled, prices compared and discounts negotiated without compromising quality -Preparation of realistic pre-event budgets and submission of complete and accurate budget immediately after each event -Manage onsite teams to ensure the smooth running of the event -Compiling documentation for each event -Chasing speakers for biographies and presentations to be included -Formatting and compiling documentation in Adobe Acrobat to ensure print deadlines -Project manage each event on the day -Remaining customer focussed throughout Must possess 3-4 years experience in the event market with international event experience...View full job description
