Secretarial Administrator - Manchester City Centre- Permanent My client is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their prestigious company based in Manchester city centre. Ideally you will have experience of company secretarial administration, particularly with experience of Blueprint or similar software. Alternatively you may be an experienced legal secretary with experience of handling itemised billing processes and/ or experience of company / corporate work. Finally you may be an LPC graduate with experience working in a law firm within a company/commercial/corporate environment and a good understanding of corporate organisation. Whatever your background, you will need to be able to demonstrate the following: An absolute minimum of 6 months' experience in an administrative role gained in a professional services business or large organisation or at least 6 months' in a paralegal role in a commercial law firm or large in-house legal team. Excellent organisation and administration skills including the ability to prioritise between competing deadlines A keen eye for detail and accuracy in your written communications and document preparation Good written communication skills including strong grammar and spelling.A flexible, 'can-do' and supportive attitude towards work, clients and colleagues View full job description
