The role will have the following responsibilities; &##x2022;Draft and negotiate commercial agreements including head of terms, transaction agreements, licences, NDA, terms and conditions of business &##x2022;Assist the Company Secretary with company secretarial matters including: minutes, inputting information in company secretarial software, updating companies books, filing returns with Companies House &##x2022;Provide assistance on projects including in connection with disclosure exercises (preparing disclosure letters and disclosure bundles), document management and co-ordination &##x2022;Provide advice in relation to Employment Law &##x2022;Provide legal support to other countries within the company &##x2022;Provide support to other parts of the group in tender and contract preparation The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 year PQE; you will have previous in house experience and sound knowledge of company and corporate law combined with a proven track record within the Energy sector. www.badenochandclark.com - Let's find the career that connects with your life...View full job description
