I am currently seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join the Family team of this well known law firm based in Bradford, this is a busy and varied role where you will be responsible for providing secretarial support to 2 Fee Earners. My client is seeking someone with previous experience of working as a secretary within family law, has excellent organisational skills and a fast and accurate typing speed.You will be required to carry out the following duties: Liaise with clients and fee-earners in person, by email, letter and telephone First point of contact for client queries in face and on the telephone Dealing with Court Bundles Ability to prioritise work and work to tight deadlines Prepare and produce documents Dealing with post and general administration as required by the department Typing for other departments as requiredThe following skills are required: Substantial experience working in Matrimonial department is essential Fast, accurate typing speed. Copy typing and audio typing. Knowledge of working on a case management system Proficient on MS office packages Strong communication, organisation skills and attention to detail Must be able to work in a demanding, fast paced environment View full job description
