Duties include:-Communicating over the telephone with clients and colleaguesMeet and greet visitorsUse excellent customers service continuouslyOrganise and report dataManaging in house computer system’sUse a diary systemSending and Receiving EmailsFiling and maintaining internal documentsStore and retrieve informationScanning documentsPreparing invoicesOrganising viewings and valuationsApplying for referencesDealing with and qualifying enquiries and converting them to appointmentsProviding information to potential customersShadowing property inspectionsShadowing agents on property viewingsKeeping track of maintenance issuesEnsuring keys are signed in and outQualifications Required: No specific qualification required. Before applying please ensure you have a Driving Licence. Key Training are currently advertising other roles that do not require a drivers licence.Personal Qualities: High level of motivationAttention to detailExcellent communication skills & telephone mannerSound knowledge of Microsoft, Excel packagesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPunctualEfficientBe able to use own initiativeAmbitious individual, who is driven to achieve successful resultsWorking Week: Monday to Friday 8:30am till 6pmExpected Duration: 12 monthsTraining to be provided: NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service, Key skills and Technical Certificate as appropriate. The employer will also provide in house training relevant to the job role.
