GP Job Hook, Hampshire Current requirements: 16 - 20 Jan, 13 Feb - 9 Mar 12 Hours Required: 8 hours Mon, Wed and Fri and 9.5 hours Tues and Thurs The Locum CMP will work as part of a four person Medical Officer team providing primary and continuing care to a practice population of approximately 2200 Serviceman.
They would also be expected to assist in the provision of first aid cover during normal working hours to Service personnel; MOD employed civilians and others in accordance with Health and Safety at Work legislation and respond in case of a major medical incident on or near the base The Locum CMP will be expected to provide the following primary care services: Full PHC including; surgeries for Serviceman and women, shared antenatal care and community led antenatal care, minor casualty procedures and minor surgery within their abilities, on-site pharmacy dispensing, occupational health care, periodic and targeted occupational health medical examinations, immunisations, travel advice , preparation for deployment, health promotion, well woman/man services...View full job description
