MINI Service AdviserWhat you’ll be doingIt’s a demanding role, but you won’t feel the pressure because you’ll use your incredible interpersonal skills to make our customers fall head over heels for you – which will contribute to our CSP score which currently stands at 95%. You’ll be motivating a team of Technicians, making them happy and keeping the business running smoothly. Using your sound judgement, you’ll also organise, delegate, and oversee their workload.Role responsibilities – including but not limited to·         Deal with customer’s service and repair requests.·         Promote efficient and pleasant manner.·         Motivate, supervise and assist your team of Technicians.·         Sell to customers whilst understanding their satisfaction.·         Ensure you hit your KPIs.Who you need to beYou love communicating with people and they love communicating with you just as much. That’s because you’re credible in what you say – something which your colleagues will recognise and warm too. As a team manager, you’ve got the ability to make your department achieve its targets on time, whilst still understanding the needs of others and helping out in the trenches. Your passion is not in question but if you’re not technically knowledgeable, or experienced on the BMW product line then you’re prepared to train.Your experience·         Three years of experience working in a franchised dealership as a Service Advisor or Workshop Controller.·         OR four years as a Service Advisor.·         Proven organisational skills, analytical, and problem-solving skills – think Crystal Maze contestant.·         Ability to use Outlook, Word, Excel with accuracy and speed.Your personal qualities·         Enthusiastic problem solver.·         Can do attitude.·         Enjoys working in a team as well as an individual.Who we areThat’s enough about you, let’s talk about us.
