The following projects will oversee will include: • Manage a kitchen refurbishment scheme (this will include Site Surveys, preparation of schedules of works/specifications etc) • Replace soil and vent pipes in a multi storey block of flats • Installation inspection hatches for concealed flues to gas central heating boilers including selecting products • Dealing with complex new build defects • Overseeing ventilation systems in properties (mainly Nuaire) including identify problems and arranging for repair work to be carried out • Internal and external communal lighting including investigating and identifying causes of problems • Investigating compensation/insurance claims and providing information to insurers • Disrepair litigation including inspecting properties, responding to solicitors and ensuring that the necessary repair work is carried out • Carrying out audit checks of completed work and invoices Niyaa People represent property professionals seeking freelance or permanent employment across the Midlands region from our Birmingham office...View full job description
