Joining us offers the opportunity to work with Insurance sector clients on exciting, high profile and leading edge engagements with the potential to:·        Rapidly develop your career by becoming part of a growing team·        Accelerate your personal development through varied and exciting client opportunities coupled with focused learning & development with a world class brand·        Develop yourself as a consultant, manager and leaderThe main duties and responsibilities of the job·        Design new go to market propositions for the Insurance sector including using knowledge of Brexit impact on insurance and drive delivery of the propositions·        Write innovative thought leadership articles on disruption and innovation in Insurance·        Prepare pitch and proposal documents and be part of the team presenting pitches to the client·        Manage client accounts for the team including updating contact lists, liaising with the Account Management team to organise events and preparing material for client meetings·        Using Insurance experience and knowledge, lead small engagements including setting up the engagement, scoping the work, planning the work and briefing and leading a team of consultants. Managing senior client stakeholders to ensure that they are happy with the progress and deliverables·        Managing and developing junior members of the teamSkills, qualifications and experience required for the role·        It is essential that the successful candidate will have a proven track record and experience delivering complex streams of work within customer transformation programmes or customer digital functions.·        Hands on consulting experience on a transformation programme.·        Experience designing and implementing insight and data-driven customer strategies.·        Experience working in the Insurance sector is essential.·        Experience of working on Customer/digital programmes and innovations.·        Working practical knowledge of large scale organisational changes with skills and knowledge of relevant method…including customer experience journey design, customer data analysis and performance measurement, technology change or digital change.The Insurance Transformation practice focusses on the delivery of strategic changes that encompass innovation, customer experience, growth transformation and large scale cost reduction/efficiency improvements.We recognise that as individuals, we each have particular needs and that one size doesn’t fit all, when it comes to how, when and where you work.
