Main Duties & Responsibilities • Operate foam process machines to produce moulded products • Ensure safe and efficient machine maintenance • Self inspection checking quality of moulded products and moulded faults • Completion and understanding of relevant documentation • Washing, waxing and painting keels, part assembly • May be required to undertake trimming of polymer flashing from products Experience/Skills • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment • Mechanical aptitude • Flexible approach and willingness to learn • Ability to follow health and safety procedures • High level of dexterity, combined with attention to detail • Ability to concentrate on a repetitive task Health Restrictions Due to the use of chemicals in the department the company are unable to employ candidates with respiratory/asthmatic conditions and/or skin conditions within this department...View full job description
