Testing products in a high power high voltage environment - 3 phase 400V power system test systems and test methods including: Electrical safety and risk assessments Final Products Testing Methods Use of high voltage/power switchgear systems Use of Power System controls (PLCs, PCs and test instrumentation) The day to day management and ownership of quality, cost and delivery expectations, through: Managing production yield performance, excess cost and defects The ongoing support and deployment of Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies Test equipment and process availability, capability and performance Using Intranet based systems to analyse Real Time and past performance data to identify trends and make output and quality improvements.
This is a multifaceted role which involves Test Engineering in a Manufacturing environment, quality management of the production of high volume Variable Speed Drives and team leader responsibility for 4-5 employees...View full job description
