Position: Marketing Executive Location: Kidlington, Oxfordshire Salary: £20k-£24k Dependent On Experience RESPONSIBILITIES: a) Assist in the development of the 18-month Product Catalogue and niche catalogues, including work on catalogue data, images (photography, clipping paths and colour correction), and interaction with suppliers and internal customers to guide the catalogues through to completion and shipping. b) Coordinate catalogue deliveries throughout the Group, working with the shipper, location managers and company warehouse managers to fulfil the various catalogue shipping requirements to all their locations. c) Assist in the coordination of printing and mailing campaigns in the UK. d) Organise and maintain files of photographs and drawings of all our products, as well as company branding images and graphics, and fulfil requests to receive these images from around the Group. e) Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and interaction with marketing agencies when the materials are being designed by an outside supplier. f) Proofread catalogues, leaflets, posters, flyers, catalogues, etc. g) Arrange for the distribution of various marketing and promotional materials as needed around the Group. h) Assist in the preparation of purchase requisitions and the tracking of marketing expenses, facilitated by the filing and organising of: purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoices and delivery receipts. i) Maintain Recharge spreadsheet for all their locations, sending out monthly alerts to managers. j) Support the new product introduction process and maintain awareness of existing and new products...View full job description
