- Supporting the development and implementation of marketing strategy within the region - Providing effective sales/marketing tools and hospital information to field based sales teams, to help affect an increase in GP referral rates to BMI hospitals accordingly - Implementing the communication and engagement strategy for GPs and other health care professionals to encourage referrals to BMI hospitals - Ensuring consistency across all communication materials and compliance with centrally developed templates - Supporting Business Development Managers in the development of Consultant specific materials ( e.g. websites) to support the local business needs - Providing tracking and analysis to identify optimal effectiveness of regional marketing spend - Supporting GP seminars, study days and other GP related events - Developing and sourcing point of sale materials via maximising the use of centrally produced templates - Assisting PR Executive to maximise PR opportunities and develop the profile of the hospitals within the region (arranging journalist visits to hospitals, attending key local events, co-ordinating promotional materials, stands, brochures etc.) - Aiding implementation of new products and service launches - Managing stock levels for point of sale materials ensuring all materials are produced to brand guidelines - Managing consultant directory updates through liaison with appropriate business leads Applicants will be highly communicative, effective team players educated to degree level (or equivalent ) and with broad sales and marketing experience, preferably gained from within the healthcare, pharmaceutical or FMCG sectors...View full job description
