· Design and implement strategies to mitigate against negative media coverage in 'crisis' situations · Managing projects and work across all areas of media and communications, public affairs, policy, research and knowledge · Research and deign a policy programme to ensure evidence from previous complaints influence change and improvements · Proactively identify areas of potential risk and work with each department to minimise the same · Develop and deliver targeted publicity programmes and awareness raising initiatives, focused on different stakeholder groups · To monitor the effectiveness of media coverage, targeted awareness raising and external liaison work · To be fully aware of industry and consumer advice developments and research · Ensure all relevant findings of the quality and policy teams are cascaded to key stakeholders Working closely with the Head of Policy and Communication, your key relationships across the wider business will vary from Corporate Communications through to Compliance, Finance and Operational Heads...View full job description
