project for 16-24 year olds in Suffolk who face significant challenges/barriers to accessing employment and are currently/or at risk of social isolation. This project is funded by the European Social Fund (ESF) and Big Lottery Fund (BLF). The MTG Administrator will provide excellent administration, attention to detail and support for the project and be a point of contact for all project partners, 37.5 hrs per week ACCOUNTABLE TO:  Director Business Development LOCATION: Brightspace, Ipswich JOB PURPOSE Minding the Gap is an employability project for 16-24 year olds in Suffolk, funded by the European Social Fund and Big Lottery Fund, who face significant challenges/barriers to accessing employment and are currently/or at risk of social isolation. Community Action Suffolk is the lead partner organisation for the project and is coordinating a partnership of 7 delivery organisations, along with providing support and guidance to other key stakeholders across Suffolk.  The MTG Administrator will provide excellent administration skills to support the project and be a key point of contact for internal staff and staff in project partner organisations. The successful candidate will be an ambassador for CAS supporting and promoting CAS’s diverse range of products and services and will be a positive and flexible member of a high performing, innovative and enterprising Community Services department and the wider CAS team.   MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  To provide excellent administration and IT support for the Minding the Gap projectTo work with the MTG Project Manager and Senior Administrator to ensure aims and objectives are met and deadlines achieved. ·         To complete ad hoc administrative tasks as required by Director Business Development/MTG Project Manager·         To provide project specific administration:- Maintain project records through the network and other databases- Check project evidence for partner financial claims in accordance with ESF requirements- Research information as requested- Prepare and collate paperwork for reports as requiredArrange and support meetings and events as requested, Book facilities, book delegates, organise speakers, Ensure that required equipment and facilities are available,Draft agendas, collate and distribute agenda papers,Provide administration for specific meetings as required, including Partnership board meetings To be the point of contact for the Minding the Gap project partners, CAS staff and external enquiriesTo co-ordinate initial enquiries, signposting callers and working with the team to ensure these are followed up effectively, efficiently and professionallyRedirecting or responding appropriately to other correspondence and telephone calls To be an ambassador for CAS supporting and promoting CAS’s diverse range of products and servicesDevelop and maintain an expert working knowledge about the diverse range of CAS’s products and services and seek to raise awareness and promote these locally and wherever possibleBe a first point of contact to share knowledge about who to turn to for support in CAS To work with the wider CAS team to raise awareness of CAS’s community service offer so they can promote CAS’s work to their stakeholder groupsContribute to the development of local and county wide marketing and communication strategies and plans and work with CAS’s marketing team to promote CAS’s community development offer both internally and externally Generate a range of content for both internal and external marketing resources such as newsletters, e-bulletins, posters, flyers and postcards etc. Actively promote the benefits of CAS’s membership as applicable To be a positive and flexible member of a high performing, innovative and specified by the Director Business Development PERSON SPECIFICATION  QualificationsTo be educated to ‘A’ Level Standard or equivalentKnowledge, Experience and SkillExperience of providing administration for monitoring and reporting requirements is essentialExperience of financial administration grant funding is desirableAn excellent eye for detailExcellent written and verbal skills with a customer focussed approach and experience of communicating with a diverse range of people on the telephoneExcellent organisation and planning skillsExcellent communication skillsAbility to deal with complex workloads and prioritise work to tight deadlinesTo develop, establish and maintain good working relationships across all internal and external teams/partnersExcellent working knowledge of
