We are looking for talented individuals who we can grow and develop to become our next generation of highly skilled employees. About the Role:If your aspirations are to progress into an IT based career then this is the role for you!  Due to a period of growth we have several immediately available opportunities for fixed-term (12 month) 1st Line Service Desk Support Technician to work at our offices in Lincoln.  You will be the front line for all IT Incidents and Requests raised by Lincolnshire County Council, where you will answer calls, respond to portal raised tickets and either resolve or triage those by assigning to the relevant level 2 and level 3 teams.  Typically calls and requests will be Incident Management, Event Management, Problem Management (first level), Access Management and Request Fulfilment (first level). About You:Bring your drive, passion and enthusiasm and we will provide you with the tools that you need to succeed. If you already have experience working within MOSAIC software, or a similar Service Desk/Desktop Support role then we want to hear from you!
