Experienced Motor Claims Handler Do you work in motor claims and want to work for a market leading Insurance Company? We are looking for 5 X Experienced Motor Claims Handlers for an exciting and very varied role. The successful candidate will: Answer all incoming call enquiries in an efficient, expedient and customer focused way, ensuring that the customer receives a professional service at all times. Effectively persuade the third party to settle the claim in the most efficient way. Resolve complex complaints from customers. Handle and process TP claims up to £7,500 accurately and efficiently. Ensure the claim details are checked for possible fraud/Large Loss indicators. Convert third parties to use our network of repairers (or to settle in the most efficient way). Ensure all third party claims are checked for possible personal injury claims expediently and efficiently. Keep third party hire costs to a minimum. Deal with day-to-day queries and referrals from Advisors. Diarise and chase the claim to ensure settlement is reached expediently. Process credit hire claims accurately and expediently. It is essential that the jobholder has a detailed knowledge of general claims handling. Evidence of dealing with negotiating claims costs gained within an accident management, credit hire or insurance company are essential. Front line support in a target driven role. Influencing and negotiating, in particular objection resolution. Numeracy and literacy to GCSE level (Maths and English Grade C and above) or equivalent. Computer skills (including the Internet). Legal framework (Financial Ombudsman Service rulings and recent case law) Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and Regulatory compliance. Knowledge of Claims processes and systems. Awareness of fraud indicators. Professional Qualifications: Attained IFC Level 1 and 2 or show a willingness to study If this sounds like you please do not hesitate in applying now.
