The Role:We are looking for 2 Scheduling Team Leaders. These are rare but exciting opportunities to join the Nationwide Team so don't delay with your application. Your role involves:Manage emails in a timely mannerWork with the team to minimize dropped calls / AB rateManage rectifications in the same timescale as you do SLA sensitive work. Manage runs, identify hotspots/backlogs – Think outside the box.Demonstrate Right First Time across your team.Be proactive and identify training needs within the scheduling / fitting team and action as necessary. Minimize Subcon usage by scheduling / identifying ‘hot spots’ and liaising with other members of the management teamMaximise Tech productivity via 'intelligent scheduling' / correctly identifying the customer’s needs and wants.Maximise CSI / Review Centre scores encompassing under promising / over deliveringMaximise preferred supplier usage.Oversee any customer service issues (Liaising / supporting the Customer Service Manager where necessary) – Take control of scheduling complaints.Working with the CCM, create a line of succession planning within the team.Ensure you are exceeding your sales target as a region and your technicians are all tracking above their daily targets.Liaise with your senior technician / Operations Managers/ Customer Service Manager / Scheduling Manager/ other internal / external customers to ensure clear communication throughout the business.Other Adhoc tasks. You will demonstrate:Be able to self-motivate, stay positive at all times with the ability to multi task / think outside the boxBe able to motivate others in the team / provide clear and concise leadership, regardless of time pressures / constraints.Enthusiasm to join our team.
