You will be reporting directly to the Regional Business Manager and be responsible for a team of Care Coordinators and Home Care Workers • You will be required to develop the service in line with our clients strategic direction • You need to promote existing relationships with Local Authorities and other professional bodies in a way that enables the business to grow and thereby meet the divisional targets • You must competently represent the Company within Local Authority/other frameworks including involvement in negotiations with these bodies regarding all aspects of homecare contracting.
