If you are a motivated, customer focused individual and want to take your career to the next level then we want to hear from you.ENGIE are recruiting for a Multi Skilled Officer to be based in Fleetbank House, 2-6 Salisbury Square, London, EC4Y 8JX.This is a permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.00am-5.00pm and on offer will be a salary of £19,810 per annum.  This role will report into the Mailroom and Porterage Manager.To be successful in this role you must provide the following:Minimum of 3 year history of employment (including information which can be verified for any gaps)If you do not have 3 years previous employment, a professional reference must be provided (obtained from a Medical Practitioner, Officer of the Armed Forces, Teacher, Lecturer, Lawyer, Bank Manager, Civil Servant etc)Proof of identity & eligibility to work in the UK which must include Photographic I.D - Passport or Driving Licence. Passport and all relevant work permitsor NI Number information / proof and full Birth certificateIf no legal photographic documentation is owned then a passport photo which has been signed and verified by any of the above professionals will be required. This needs to show their title, signature and contact details.2 proofs of address from within the last 3 months (i.e. council tax bill, bank statement, utilities bills).Any required qualifications or driving licence if required for the role.The main duties and responsibilities are:Set up and reorganisation of meeting / Conference Rooms.Daily supply and collection of all Audio Visual equipment.Supply of Office Furniture, desks, chairs, cabinets.Supply of Office Equipment, desk lamps, fans, coat stands, including Health and Safety items. Return to relevant store all surplus office furniture, office equipment and security furniture.To carry out small offices move including the relocation of Desks, Chairs, cabinets and office equipment.Provision of crates for small office moves. The transfer of fully packed crates, to agreed locations and the removal of crates (back to store) once they have been emptied.To undertake furniture repairs where possible, to all Furniture, Office Furniture and Security Cabinets.To replace locks on drawers and Cabinets, order new keys and lock barrels.Collection of the department’s small electrical items for disposal. These items are placed in the Waste Electrical Electronic Equipment (WEEE) bin, ensuring that a record of all items is collated and arrange for collection when it is full for recycling.Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements at all timesUnderstand and meet customer requirements, utilising feedback to enhance service deliveryFair and consistent attitude in all dealings at all levelsBuild and maintain effective relationships with existing and potential customersSorting of all incoming mail, ready for delivery to customers.Undertake messenger rounds, involving the collection and delivery to floor locations.To sort all outgoing Mail, Weighing and franking of Royal Mail Items through the franking machine.To complete Royal Mail Recorded and Special Delivery items for customers requiring the service. The allocation of Individual bar codes per items.Dealing with Incoming Courier deliveries.Dealing with Customer queries via the telephone, face to face or via E-Mail.To ensure that all outgoing mail is ready for collection at the appropriate time.For more information about ENGIE please visit: Experience in a similar role is essential.Knowledge of Meeting Room layout’s and general porterage requests would be an advantage.For this role you must have evidence of right to work in the UK.
